2. Hosting and server log files

When you access this static website, the web server automatically records technically necessary server log files (including IP address, date and time of access, requested page and browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure, stable and technically error-free provision of the website). These data are not merged with other data sources.

3. Cookies, tracking and external services

Status of this prototype: the website sets no cookies, uses no tracking and loads no external fonts, scripts or content from third parties. Search runs entirely in your browser. If you choose a language, that choice is stored only locally in your browser (localStorage, key igp-lang) – this is not a cookie and is not sent to the server.

Hempey Cup / X posts: on the Hempey Cup page, X posts are shown by default only as a link with a locally stored preview image. Only when you click “Load post here” is a script loaded from X (X Corp.), transferring data such as your IP address to X. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR given by actively clicking; for details see X’s Privacy Policy.

Hempey Cup – champions and Hall of Fame: Winning posts are featured as champion for one month and listed permanently in the Hall of Fame (X handle, category, month, link to the public post). We prefer to link to or embed the original post rather than copy photos. Removal can be requested at any time by email to kontakt@igrowpedia.de. The legal basis is consent by participating with the contest hashtag (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); entries are stored until consent is withdrawn.

This website links to external sources (e.g. scientific articles, authorities). When you click on them, the privacy policies of the respective providers apply.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
